Processing of TIN by IRC officers is always FREE. There is NO payment for the TIN. Due to so many work commitments I am unable to attend to all TIN applications currently. Hence I Request all those who are interested to send your TIN request to registration@irc.gov.pg so they could assist you all.
Just recently I encountered a problem with a client of mine whom I already sent his application but failed to followup due to so much pressures on Financial LITERACY trainings. I understand that few good members are also waiting for their TINS.
To submit your TIN application, please attach the following documents.
1. COMPLETED TIN 1 OR TIN2 APPLICATION
TIN 1 IS FOR COMPANIES
TIN 2 IS FOR BUSINESS NAMES AND INDIVIDUALS.
2. Those business names who have more than 1 directors must fill both the TIN1 and TIN2.
3. Attach your business certificate or Company Certificate from IPA and their extract.
4. Attach any valid ID
5. If you don't have a valid ID, attach a statutory declaration to confirm you are the owner of the business or company.
Then submit your application online to the above email so that they can assist you. It will take up to a week or maybe 2 or even a month for them to process it before email it back to your emails provided. Atleast bear with them.
Thank you so much
